SENCO – Erith
Part or Full time, Monday to Friday. Term time only.
Pay to scale + SEN allowance
We are seeking a SENCO for a rapidly improving mainstream primary school near Erith.
Previous experience in a SENCO role is preferable. Experience working in an SEN setting would also mean you can be considered for this role. You will be leading a team of SEN TA’s who will be responsible for the welfare and education needs for pupils who need extra support in and out of the classroom.
The role is based within a large successful academy trust, with genuine potential for career progression in the Senior Leadership Team.
You will need:
- To hold QTS.
- Experience of an SEN setting.
- To work in an efficient and organised manner.
- To be comfortable communicating with parents and carers.
- To build relationships with outside agencies where required.
The role will be considered on a part time (4days) or full time (5 days, with general cover where required) basis. The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team within the school.
