- Justin founded Heart Teaching in 2015 and has over 26 years experience working in recruitment
- He has extensive experience recruiting across varying school settings and has focused on building impactful, long standing relationships with his clients
- Justin founded the business wanting to bring change to education recruitment – putting students at the Heart of Hearts mission.
- Focuses his recruitment approach, putting specialised staff in the right roles to support holistic and academic development of pupils

Joshua Seggie – Director/CEO

- Josh joined Heart Teaching in 2022 with a background of recruiting mental health nurses across the NHS (including children’s mental health services)
- Works with varying SEND/Secondary schools on recruitment needs – recruiting from low level to executive search.
- Can support healthcare functions within schools including nursing and residential provision’s.
