🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
📚 Deliver engaging, tailored lessons for learners with a wide range of SEN needs
📝 Create, monitor, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress
🤝 Work closely with TAs, therapists, and external professionals to deliver holistic support
🎯 Foster student independence, confidence, and social development
🛠️ Adapt teaching styles and resources to meet diverse learning needs
📣 Build strong partnerships with families, celebrating achievements together
🌟 Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
🗂️ Accurately track and report on student progress, behavior, and key milestones
👀 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
✅ Proven experience working with children with SEN, either in a special school or mainstream setting
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Confident in differentiating learning to meet a variety of needs
✅ Committed to continuous professional development
✅ Willing to undertake (or already have) an Enhanced DBS check
