Salary: £170 – £200/day or Equivalent to Pay Scale (inclusive of holiday pay) 💰

About the Role:

Heart Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teacher for schools based in Dartford and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who values flexibility and the chance to make a difference without the responsibilities of planning and marking. You will provide consistent and high-quality cover teaching to Key Stage 3-5 students with a focus on maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a QTS or QTLS teacher, or a NQT who is reflective, passionate about learning, and committed to their professional development. You should be able to effectively manage behavior, create an exciting curriculum, and maintain high standards in the classroom.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (NQT also welcome)

• Recent and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 3-4

• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment

• Ability to adapt and develop a creative curriculum

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff

• Committed to continuous professional learning and development

• Current DBS or willingness to apply for a new one
