Heart Teaching is currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school during examination periods. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a calm and structured environment while helping students achieve their best.

📝 Your Responsibilities:

• Set up exam rooms in accordance with school and exam board regulations

• Supervise students during exams to ensure a fair and compliant testing environment

• Distribute and collect papers and materials efficiently and securely

• Provide clear instructions to students, accommodating specific learning or access needs

• Support students with additional requirements, such as scribes, readers, or extra time

• Remain alert and observant to uphold exam integrity

• Report any concerns, incidents, or breaches of regulations to senior staff

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with students, especially those with additional needs

• Professional, discreet, and reliable work ethic

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to remain focused and impartial throughout exam sessions

• Previous experience as an invigilator or working in a school setting is helpful but not essential

• Flexibility to work during exam windows (dates provided in advance)
