💰 Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm | Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Heart Teaching is excited to be working with a specialist SEND school in Lingfield, Surrey, and we’re looking for compassionate, committed Learning Support Workers to join their incredible team from September 25.

This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment, working with children and young adults aged 5–25 with complex needs such as Autism, Epilepsy, and Severe Learning Difficulties.

🌈 What You’ll Do:

• Work across both residential and educational settings, supporting students aged 5–19 or 19–25

• Deliver 1:1 and small group support using personalised learning strategies

• Promote independence and social development

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Keep accurate student records and contribute to planning and progress reports

• Support with personal care and daily living tasks where required

• Help maintain a calm, safe, and engaging environment for all learners

You don’t need previous experience—just the right attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Enthusiastic about working with children and young people with SEND

• Able to use your initiative and adapt to different situations

• Calm, patient, and resilient, especially when facing challenges

• A team player with great communication skills

• Willing to undertake personal care (full training provided)

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young adults
