Heart Teaching has an exciting opportunity for a Key Stage 1 Primary NQT to join their team in September 2016. The school is a 2-form entry primary school, graded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, and led by a very supportive leadership team. JOB DETAILS

As Key stage 1 Primary NQT to you will joining a well-established and successful phase within the school. Depending on your skills and strengths, this position could see you teach a year 1 or year 2 class. The successful Primary NQT will be joining an excellent team who have high standards and expectations when it comes to teaching and learning. A dynamic team, they share best practise throughout the school and aim to deliver the very best to children of all abilities.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

As Primary NQT you will be showing great promise in your teaching practise, having obtained ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ grades in recent observations. You will be keen to join an inclusive school whereby best practise is shared with staff. You will be a positive and motivated individual who Is keen to become an Outstanding teacher. As Primary NQT you will be well supported through your NQT year. You will be assigned a mentor who themselves is a consistently outstanding teacher. This will be a fantastic chance for you to develop your skills and really settle into the role. You will have excellent subject knowledge coupled with strength in literacy and numeracy.
