Heart Teaching is proud to partner with a specialist school in Swanley that’s looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their warm and supportive team this September.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment 🌱.

🧠 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting students with autism to thrive in both academic and personal growth

• Assisting the class teacher and SENCO in delivering individualised learning plans

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued

• Managing behaviour with empathy, patience, and calm strategies 🧘‍♂️

• Encouraging life skills that build confidence and independence

✔️ Experienced with or understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
✔️ Skilled in behaviour management with a nurturing approach
