About the Role:
Heart Teaching is partnering with a specialist school in the Medway area seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 and group support for pupils with ASC

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere 💖

• Assist with social, emotional, and academic development

• Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans 📚

• Implement behaviour management strategies effectively 🧩

• Collaborate as part of a supportive team 🤝

Who We’re Looking For:

• A kind, patient, and nurturing individual 💙

• Understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition and related support strategies

• Strong behaviour management skills and teamwork abilities

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
